Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours after payment confirmation.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

Delivery Times

Our products are shipped directly from our logistics centers.

Average delivery times are:

France / Europe: 6 to 12 business days

Canada / United States: 7 to 14 business days

French Overseas Departments and Territories (DOM-TOM): 10 to 18 business days

Rest of the World: 7 to 20 business days

Order Tracking

Delivery Delays

Lost or Undelivered Package

If your package is marked as “delivered” but you haven’t received it:

Check with your neighbors/building manager/post office.

Contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.

If the loss is confirmed, we will send a replacement package free of charge.

Damaged Order

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with supporting photos.
We will resend or refund your order, according to your preference.
